Gold - 365 days cover
Silver - 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday
Bronze - 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
Telephone Support Only
On new phone system installations, we maintain all the equipment provided at installation for Free for the first year. We offer Free Remote Access/Programming Changes to our customers and generally carry out any requests on the same day, if not immediately, depending upon engineering availability and the type of request received.
For any work that is not due to a maintenance issue but is for additional works we operate on a time and materials or fixed fee basis.
We offer Telephone System Maintenance and service agreements for the following Telephone Systems:

CS5000 and Axxess
Aspire, XN120 and SV8100
KX-TD816, KX-TD1232, KX-TDA15/30/100/200
408, 816, Compact II, DCS, iDCS100, iDCS500, OS100, OS500, OS7030, OS7100, OS7200 and OS7400
We try to maintain all telephone systems, if that system is past their shelf life, and it becomes impractical and too costly for the customer then we can suggest upgrades that can be cost effective.
