This case study explores the successful collaboration between Ladybird Communications and T-Tech in installing a Logitech video conferencing solution at ADYOULIKE's London office. Client Background:

ADYOULIKE is a global advertising platform that combines native, video, and social ad formats to help marketers reach hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide while generating new revenue streams for digital media publishers. Launched in 2011, ADYOULIKE is headquartered in Paris with hubs in Montpellier (FR), London, and New York City. In April 2022 ADYOULIKE was acquired by OpenWeb.

The need for efficient communication between remote teams and clients became increasingly important so ADYOULIKE sought a robust video conferencing solution that could provide high-quality audio and video capabilities for seamless remote collaboration.

 

Client Requirements:

The key requirements for the project were:

Solution Implementation:

Ladybird Communications collaborated with T-Tech, our Parent IT Managed Services company, to design and implement a suitable solution. The team conducted an in-depth assessment of ADYOULIKE's meeting room layouts and infrastructure to determine the optimal placement of equipment.

Equipment Selection:

Based on the customer requirements and budget constraints, the team selected the Logitech video conferencing solution, which included high-definition cameras, microphones, and speakers. The chosen solution offered excellent audio and video quality, ease of use, and compatibility with ADYOULIKE’s conferencing platform.

Installation and Configuration:

The Ladybird Communications team undertook the installation of TVs and mounting of video conferencing equipment in both meeting rooms. They ensured that the equipment was securely installed and positioned for optimal audio and video capture. Additionally, the team integrated the Logitech solution with ADYOULIKE's existing communication tools, such as email and calendar systems, to streamline the workflow.
